Beautifully decorated. Wireless high speed internet is optional. The home and area are lovely, quiet, and secluded.
It is also within minutes of an exciting part of Florida. You have the best of both worlds. The night life is hopping, the beach is inviting, the everglades inspiring, and your vacation will be in a glorious setting. We have 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths with linens. Of course there is central air conditioning and a fully stocked kitchen. A fireplace for those few chill evenings is there for you to enjoy.
After a 10 minute drive you are at one of the best beaches in the world. Depending on which way you walk, you can be alone with nature, or watching all the excitement that can happen on a busy part of the beach. There are fabulous boutiques, outlet malls, South Beach in Miami, scuba diving in the keys, or looking for gators in the everglades. Whatever you want is within an hour of Coral Gables. So plan a retreat that is first-class, or an expedition with all the gleaming sun, sand, and surf. Have a place to get centered, to spread out in, and enjoy your family with all the comforts of home.

- Deposit of 1/2 of rental fee due to secure reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to date
- Refundable security deposit of $500 due 30 days prior to date. Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of satisfactory check out.
- CANCELLATIONS; A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit, unless cottage can be rented for those dates.
