The 16 foot private beach is just across a quiet paved road. The fishing on this lake is one of the secrets you’ll find in your many adventures here. The rustic cottage has a great view of Devil’s Lake and is made for relaxing and lounging.
Spend your time with the family and enjoy the leisure activities in the area like golfing, shopping, antiquing, and walking to the local establishments. And of course enjoy the lake for fishing, swimming, boating, and just plain relaxing. The full kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. This cottage will sleep a total of 6 people and has 2 bedrooms.

Prices
$500 security deposit is required, given back at end of satisfactory check out

- Rates do not include MI sales tax and cleaning fee of $95
- Pets OK with owner’s permission ($25.00 nightly/$150 weekly)
- $500 security deposit is required
- Owner must personally talk with renter prior to accepting agreement
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
- Deposit of 1/2 of rental fee due to secure reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to date
- Refundable security deposit of $250 due 30 days prior to date. Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of satisfactory check out.
- CANCELLATIONS; A ninty (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit, unless cottage can be rented for those dates.
