Built out of sturdy knotty pine wood logs, our cabin is the right mix of old time memories and modern conveniences available for rent by you. Exclusive 80 feet of lake frontage on Van Ettan lake just outside of Oscoda. Van Ettan is an all sports lake about 1/2 mile across and approx. 3 miles long. The hard part will be deciding what to do while your visiting Page’s Cabin. Stay inside and catch a movie, troll the lake for some big pike and walleye, water ski, jet ski, take a swim in the sandy bottom clear lake…
Enjoy the large lawn area to play volley ball, badminton, croquet or a quick game of tag football with the gang. Stay up late at night and feel the warmth of the fire pit while enjoying the lake breezes and hearing the lakes gentle waves; great for creating memories and soothing the soul. Stay up and talk all night long and share wonderful stories from yesteryear…
Canoe, kayak and tube the famous AuSable River, take a leisurely ride on a Louisiana style paddle wheel boat, enjoy world class charter fishing on Lake Huron or salmon river fishing, play nationally ranked golf courses, hike, bike, ORV, ski and horseback ride on hundreds of miles of Huron National Forest trails. - $300 security deposit is required.
- No Cleaning fee
- Pets OK with owner’s permission Pets Must be Registered and pet fee paid ($50 per pet)
- Simply Like Home Representative must personally talk with renter prior to accepting agreement.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Deposit of 1/2 of rental fee due to secure reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to date.
- Cancellation policy: A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit..unless cottage can be rented for those dates.
- Will not rent to persons under 25 years of age without accompaniment of a parent or guardian.
