Rent this beautiful home on Clifford Lake. Cottage is clean and well stocked. Come and enjoy the lake and experience an unforgettable vacation. 55 foot of private beach exclusively for use by this cottage. Sandy bottom that is shallow for about 100 feet. Swim and ski in the lake water and enjoy the area. Sandbox next to the lake for the young kids to play. Cruise the lake with the 24 HP Pontoon, fishing boat with trolling motor or peddle boat – All Included.
Do you love camp fires right next to the water? The area offers plenty of opportunities for exciting outdoor activities. Numerous golf courses, miniature golf, ice cream, auto racing and dragster strip are close by.
Grand Rapids is just a 45 minute drive.This is an extraordinary value. This cottage is open, great views, and is very clean.

- Rates do not include 6% MI sales tax.
- cleaning fee of $140
- Owner must personally talk with renter prior to accepting agreement.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Deposit of 1/2 of rental fee due to secure reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to date.
- Refundable security deposit of $500 due 30 days prior to date. Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of satisfactory check out.
- CANCELLATIONS – A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur $100 booking fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund, unless cottage can be rented for those dates.

Lakeside fires were great at night. Weather was fantastic for the whole trip. The Spanish coffee at the Cliffor Inn was worth the trip on its own. Thanks for installing another mirroer, with five women in the house the mirror in the bathroom was getting crowded.
Kids had a great time. Cottage was nice, and it was very helpful having amenities/supplies on hand that we forgot. Other than a 12 mile ride (which was fun) on the Fred Meijer Heartland Trail, we just chilled out at the lake, swimming, tubing and fishing.
